Their performances for young audiences aim to provide quality entertainment while also providing an introduction to classical works and new interpretations. The story of Mattie the Goose-Boy, presented in the language of dance, is a one-of-a-kind production, as the narrative poem by Mihály Fazekas is one of the gems of Hungarian literature. As a director-choreographer, Balázs Vincze excels at adapting well-known and popular literary classics to the dance stage. He makes it easy to follow the action through the language of dance, using an excellent sense of proportion. As a father of several children, he is well-versed in the language of the youngest generation; his choreography of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs was one of the most successful story ballets of recent decades. In addition to their outstanding dance skills, the dancers of Ballet Pécs have a unique ability to portray characters, allowing them to promote the art of dance and educate young people in the theatre in a special language of dance that is understandable to everyone.
